Policies and Cancellation Information:

We hope that you will not have to cancel your reservation, but it is important to understand the need for our policy.  Unlike hotels, with lots of rooms, we have ONE cottage and do not overbook.  Therefore we need ample time to rebook your reservation should you need to cancel.  The need for this policy is very important for the success of The Whitmore House and we appreciate your understanding.

Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to the Cancellation Policy listed on the Rates & Policies page.  

A $75 credit card or PayPal deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  The balance of the first night's stay will be assessed for cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows.

All rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults).  There is an extra charge of $25 per person per night for extra guests.  Maximum number of guests (including children) is 6.
